The file is rejected

Check the guide’s accepted input. A ZIP, a binary game resource and an XML export are different formats even if they describe the same asset. Renaming the extension does not convert the contents.

Use the original file and include companion textures or buffers when the format needs them. For folder-based checks, select the full resource rather than only its manifest. Try a single smaller input to isolate a batch failure.

Encrypted or unsupported files may not be editable. Preserve the original and read the tool’s exact error before choosing another workflow.

The tool asks me to sign in or upgrade

Guest access, editor access and export access can differ. Retexturer, for example, allows opening and painting while requiring Pro for the rebuilt dictionary download.

Check the active account and the plan shown on the site. Follow the current tool screen for daily limits, upload limits and supported batch sizes; avoid splitting a workflow on the assumption that every tool shares the same allowance.

For AI tools, review the displayed credit total before generation. Increasing variations can change that total. See pricing for the current plan details.

A job fails or a download is missing

Read the job message first. Correct input problems before submitting the same file again. A queued or running job is not ready to download; wait for completion and inspect each result in a batch.

If the browser blocks several downloads, allow downloads for this site or download each completed result individually. If an old result is unavailable, check your account’s retention settings and use the original source to reproduce it when needed.

If a completed download is incomplete or corrupt, keep the original and report the result. Do not overwrite a known-working resource with an output you cannot inspect.

The 3D preview is blank or slow

Use a browser with WebGL support and working hardware acceleration. Try a smaller model and close other graphics-heavy tabs. Wait for model and texture loading to finish before exporting.

A white or partially textured mesh may be missing its external texture dictionary. Check material selection and companion files before assuming the geometry failed.

It exports but does not work in game

Follow Installing and checking results. Check the resource name, manifest registrations, required dependencies and runtime references.

For vehicles, scan the metadata together with Vehicle Meta Checker. For resources that will not start, use FXManifest Checker and Resource Dependency Map. For competing packs, try Asset Conflict Finder.

Report a reproducible problem

Use Report an issue on the tool page where available. Include:

  • Tool name and the steps that reproduce the problem.
  • Expected result and what actually happened.
  • Exact error text and job identifier, if shown.
  • Browser/device and whether the problem repeats with one small input.
  • A screenshot of the relevant settings or result, with private data removed.

Keep the original input and exported output. Share a minimal example you have permission to share; exclude server license keys, credentials and unrelated player information.
