- Your plan is tool access plus a credit allowance. Both are part of the price. Credits are given to you automatically the moment you pay, and again every 30 days. There is nothing to claim.
- What a cycle of credits actually buys. Credits are spent only by the AI tools; everything else is unmetered. Pro grants 650 a cycle, about 32 standard liveries, or 8 in HD, or one final-quality prop with change left over. Unused credits roll over up to twice your grant.
- Credits count as delivered the moment they are granted. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and unspent credits are never refunded.
- All sales are final. No refunds for a change of mind, an unused plan, or a renewal you forgot to cancel. If a tool does not work as intended, email us and we will review it; refunds are issued only where we approve the request. Cancelling is always free and instant.

Free includes a daily conversion limit so the queue stays fast for everyone. Active members of our Discord get higher daily limits the longer they've been around, which is our way of rewarding the community. Any paid plan removes the limit and helps fund the new tools we ship every week.
Yes. Pro and Studio cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard and stay active until the end of the current period, then drop back to Free. We don't charge for partial periods, and we don't refund the period you're already in.

Every plan includes a credit allowance that the AI tools spend: 60 once on Free, then 650 per cycle on Pro, 1,300 on Studio, and 700 on Founder. You never claim them. They land in your wallet automatically the moment your plan starts and again at the start of every 30-day cycle. Unused credits roll over up to twice your grant. Credits are part of the price of the plan, not a separate purchase, so they have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, or cashed out.
AI Livery Creator is 20 credits at Standard and 80 at HD on the premium model, half that on the faster model. Prop Creator is 50 credits for a Draft, 600 for a Final, and 40 for an AI source image. The price is shown in the tool before you confirm. If a job fails, the credits go straight back to your wallet.
All sales are final. Your tools unlock and your credits land in your account the second you pay, so a plan is delivered immediately and in full. We don't refund a change of mind, an unused plan, a renewal you forgot to cancel, or credits you didn't spend. The one exception: if a tool doesn't work as intended and we can't fix it, email us with the details. We check it against our job logs and, if we approve the request, we make it right. Approval is required. Cancelling is free and instant from your billing page at any time.
Talk to us first, we'd rather fix a real problem. Opening a chargeback suspends your access to every tool, free ones included, while it's open, and we respond to the provider with our delivery records. This is written out in full in the terms so there are no surprises.
