The short answer
For painting a FiveM livery in the browser with a live 3D preview, try Rivo's livery maker, Zoovdev's Designer or GTAX's livery tool. For an AI-painted livery, Rivo has an AI livery generator. Zoovdev's UV map tool updates a car's YFT so it accepts liveries, and FiveForge's Livery Mapper returns the sheet as a YTD.

Zoovdev Designer and UV map
Zoovdev's Designer edits liveries and textures on YFT, YDD, YDR and YTD files and exports PNG, DDS or a ready YTD. Its UV map tool takes a YFT and returns the updated YFT, carvariations.meta and texture dictionary so the vehicle accepts liveries.
